The Economic Development Agency (ADE) attaches the utmost importance to protecting the personal data and privacy of individuals who use or visit its website.
The purpose of this personal data protection policy is to inform data subjects about how their personal data is collected and processed by the Economic Development Agency (ADE), hereinafter referred to as “the Service,” on its website https://www.service-public.pf/ade/, hereinafter referred to as “the Website.”

ARTICLE 2 – IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
Personal data is collected by the Service in its capacity as owner of the website. The Economic Development Agency (ADE) is an administrative department under the Government of French Polynesia.
ARTICLE 3 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As part of the operation of its website, the Service collects data about you.
1) Purposes
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- the proper functioning and security of the site
- measuring audience and analyzing the performance of the Website
- processing your requests for information via the contact form available on the Website
2) Legal bases
We base the processing carried out for the purposes of the functioning and security of the website on our legitimate interest and the processing carried out for the purposes of measuring audience and analyzing performance on your consent.

The personal data collected on this Website is reserved exclusively for the Service.
In the event that the Service entrusts data processing activities to subcontractors, the latter will be chosen in particular for the guarantees they offer in terms of reliability and security measures.
In the context of providing our services, we may transmit or give access to your data to our following services and subcontractors:
- the service responsible for responding to your request depending on its nature
- our subcontractor responsible for the ongoing and technical maintenance of the Website, as well as the hosting of the Website

ARTICLE 4 – PROTECTION OF MINORS’ PERSONAL DATA
The Website is not intended for minors under the age of 13. For this reason, we do not collect or store personal data concerning children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent, bearing in mind that parents or guardians may request to receive information about their child and request its deletion.

Taking into account technological developments, implementation costs, the nature of the data to be protected, and the risks to individuals’ rights and freedoms, the Service implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed and a level of security appropriate to the risk.
ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our Site and will take effect as soon as they are posted. We therefore invite you to refer to it in order to review the latest version available on our website.
