Un permis d\u2019importation ou un certificat phytosanitaire ne sont pas exig\u00e9s pour l\u2019importation de nourriture d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ayant subi une cuisson, en particulier en conserve, qu\u2019elle soit commerciale, industrielle ou non, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de produits provenant d\u2019esp\u00e8ces interdites sous toutes formes : Artocarpus (uru<\/em>), Colocasia (taro), Persea (avocat) …<\/p>\n

Le service charg\u00e9 de la bios\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9terminera si les produits cuits non commerciaux ou industriels peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un bon de sortie phytosanitaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire s’ils sont conformes ou non \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation et que le niveau de risque \u00e0 l\u2019importation est nul ou n\u00e9gligeable. Exemples : pain, plats cuisin\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, …<\/p>\n

Note : L\u2019importation d\u2019aliments doit \u00eatre conforme avec la protection de la sant\u00e9 publique, celle concernant des produits d\u2019origine animale doit l\u2019\u00eatre avec la r\u00e9glementation zoosanitaire.<\/p>\n

L\u2019importation des produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux des esp\u00e8ces suivantes ne peut \u00eatre autoris\u00e9e que si la fabrication et la cuisson ont eu lieu de fa\u00e7on industrielle :<\/p>\n
