\nle pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement (1 \u00e9chantillon d\u2019au moins 100 gr) est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par sondage selon la programmation d\u00e9finie en r\u00e9union de section<\/li>\n
\ndans ce cas, le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement est syst\u00e9matique et cible les denr\u00e9es le plus susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter une non conformit\u00e9 microbiologique (une seule unit\u00e9 de plus de 100 grammes est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00e9chantillon).<\/li>\n
\ndans ce cas, l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est constitu\u00e9 de 5 unit\u00e9s de plus de cent grammes si l\u2019analyte recherch\u00e9 fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un plan \u00e0 trois classes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
