Le rapport final qui en d\u00e9coule regroupe les analyses des \u00e9chantillons de miels de 2016. Ces \u00e9chantillons proviennent de 44 \u00eeles, diss\u00e9min\u00e9es \u00e0 travers les 5 archipels de Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise (\u00celes du Vent, \u00celes Sous-le-Vent, \u00celes Australes, Archipel des Tuamotu- Gambier et \u00celes Marquises).<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Il peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00ab\u00a0pollens\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 Les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;analyses mettent en relief la diversit\u00e9 des saveurs, des textures et des couleurs de nos miels polyn\u00e9siens. Mais surtout il laisse entrevoir une typologie du miel propre \u00e0 chaque archipel.
