Il est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les mets qui compose un \u00ab ma\u2019a tahiti \u00bb tels que<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">\u00ab po\u2019e \u00bb,\u00a0\u00a0 poisson,\u00a0 \u00ab taro \u00bb, banane,\u00a0 porcelet r\u00f4ti et surtout au <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">\u00ab fafaru \u00bb<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Veillez \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e8gles suivantes :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul data-editing-info=\"{\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>CONGELER les chevrettes au moins 48 heures avant de les utiliser.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>NE PAS CONSOMMER du TAIORO ou du MITIHUE pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des chevrettes non congel\u00e9es au pr\u00e9alable<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 culinaire traditionnelle phare de la cuisine polyn\u00e9sienne n&rsquo;est toutefois pas d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de risque r\u00e9el pour le consommateur.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>La consommation de TAIORO ou de MITIHUE peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de cas de \u00ab m\u00e9ningite \u00e0 \u00e9osinophile \u00bb en cause : l<u>&lsquo;utilisation de chevrettes crues pour faire fermenter le coco r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/u>.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><u>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/u><\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>10 cocos verts ou jaunes,<\/li>\n<li>10 t\u00eates de grosses chevrettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><u>Pr\u00e9paration et cuisson :<\/u><\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Couper les 10 cocos en deux, \u00f4ter la chair de chaque part puis peler la peau de sorte que la chair de chaque partie des 10 cocos soit enti\u00e8rement blanche. D\u00e9couper en \u00e9minc\u00e9 d\u2019environ 1 cm sur 4 cm puis mettre les morceaux dans une marmite d\u2019eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
