data-end=\"590\">Objectif du dispositif<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"798\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Le dispositif <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"621\">DSA \u2013 SPACE<\/strong> vise \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"701\">dynamiser la fili\u00e8re audiovisuelle et cin\u00e9matographique polyn\u00e9sienne<\/strong> en soutenant la production d\u2019\u0153uvres d\u2019envergure, fortement structurantes pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"813\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Il comprend :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"1114\">\n<li data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"969\">\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"969\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"832\">Un agr\u00e9ment dit \u00a0\u00bb DSA \u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>ouvrant droit \u00e0 une <strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"876\">exon\u00e9ration de TVA<\/strong> sur les d\u00e9penses strictement n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production audiovisuelle ou cin\u00e9matographique.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1114\">\n<p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1114\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1001\">Une subvention sp\u00e9cifique dite \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1017\">SPACE \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>, destin\u00e9e aux productions ayant engag\u00e9 des d\u00e9penses locales tr\u00e8s significatives (\u2265 100 M F CFP).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1146\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83d\udcbc <strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1146\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1245\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Sont \u00e9ligibles les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de production <strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1207\">polyn\u00e9siennes<\/strong>, r\u00e9pondant aux conditions suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1606\">\n<li data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1383\">\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1383\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00catre une <strong data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1318\">soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production audiovisuelle ou cin\u00e9matographique<\/strong> immatricul\u00e9e en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise depuis <strong data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1380\">au moins 3 ans<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1472\">\n<p data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1472\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00catre soumise \u00e0 l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1430\">imp\u00f4t sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/strong> ou \u00e0 l\u2019imposition minimale forfaitaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1535\">\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1535\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00catre <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1532\">\u00e0 jour de leurs obligations fiscales et sociales<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1606\">\n<p data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1606\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Avoir obtenu un <strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1566\">agr\u00e9ment<\/strong> d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le Conseil des ministres.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1703\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">\ud83c\udfa5 <strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1703\">\u0152uvres \u00e9ligibles<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1781\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Pour \u00eatre recevable, l\u2019\u0153uvre doit remplir l\u2019ensemble des crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2098\">\n<li cin\u00e9matographique<\/strong> au sens du Code de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1999\">\n<p data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1999\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1906\">Ne pas \u00eatre<\/strong> pornographique, violente, attentatoire \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9, ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins publicitaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2098\">\n<p data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2098\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Avoir engag\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2046\">au moins 100 millions F CFP<\/strong> de d\u00e9penses de production en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2219\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">\ud83d\udcdd <strong data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2219\">1. L\u2019agr\u00e9ment (obligatoire pour acc\u00e9der au SPACE)<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2257\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">\ud83d\udd39 D\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande d\u2019agr\u00e9ment<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2258\" data-end=\"2321\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">La demande est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e <strong data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2294\">en ligne<\/strong> et doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2718\">\n<li data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2378\">\n<p data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2378\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"2330\" data-end=\"2348\">courrier sign\u00e9<\/strong> par le repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2444\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">de documents juridiques (statuts, immatriculation, RCS\/RTE) ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2491\">\n<p data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2491\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2487\">attestation fiscale et sociale<\/strong> ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2535\">\n<p data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2535\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">du <strong data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2516\">budget d\u00e9taill\u00e9<\/strong> de pr\u00e9paration ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2588\">\n<p data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2588\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">du synopsis ou sc\u00e9nario + <strong data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2584\">note d\u2019intention<\/strong> ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2640\">\n<p data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2640\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">de la <strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2636\">liste pr\u00e9visionnelle des personnels<\/strong> ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2680\">\n<p data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2680\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">des contrats auteurs\/r\u00e9alisateurs ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2718\">\n<p data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2718\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">des justificatifs de financement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2825\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">\ud83d\udd39 Instruction de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2826\" data-end=\"2856\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Le service v\u00e9rifie notamment :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"3004\">\n<li data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2917\">\n<p data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2917\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">L\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (codes NAF 5911A ou 5911C).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"2956\">\n<p data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2956\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">La conformit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te du dossier.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"3004\">\n<p data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"3004\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomique et culturel du projet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3115\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Un <strong data-start=\"3009\" data-end=\"3034\">rapport d\u2019instruction<\/strong> est transmis au Conseil des ministres. L\u2019agr\u00e9ment est d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par <strong data-start=\"3101\" data-end=\"3114\">arr\u00eat\u00e9 CM<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3195\" data-end=\"3209\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">\ud83d\udd39 Validit\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3317\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">L\u2019agr\u00e9ment est valable <strong data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3242\">5 ans<\/strong>, renouvelable sur demande motiv\u00e9e d\u00e9pos\u00e9e <strong data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3316\">6 mois avant son expiration<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"3390\" data-end=\"3420\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">\ud83d\udcbc <strong data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3420\">2. Exon\u00e9ration de TVA<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3532\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">L\u2019agr\u00e9ment ouvre droit \u00e0 l\u2019exon\u00e9ration de TVA pour <strong data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3520\">toutes les d\u00e9penses strictement n\u00e9cessaires<\/strong> au projet :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3710\">\n<li data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3576\">\n<p data-start=\"3536\" data-end=\"3576\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">prestations artistiques et techniques,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3620\">\n<p data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"3620\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">locations de studios, d\u00e9cors, tournage,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3621\" data-end=\"3646\">\n<p data-start=\"3623\" data-end=\"3646\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">mat\u00e9riel image &amp; son,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3647\" data-end=\"3666\">\n<p data-start=\"3649\" data-end=\"3666\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">postproduction,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3710\">\n<p data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3710\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">transport \/ restauration \/ h\u00e9bergement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3815\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">L\u2019exon\u00e9ration est applicable <strong data-start=\"3741\" data-end=\"3814\">entre la date de publication de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment et l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de l\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"3896\" data-end=\"3962\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">\ud83c\udf0c <strong data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"3962\">3.
