Au-del\u00e0 de 2 personnes \u00e0 charge, une majoration de 10m\u00b2 est accord\u00e9e par personne \u00e0 charge suppl\u00e9mentaire (dans la limite de la surface totale \u00e9ligible).<\/p>\n<p>La surface \u00e9ligible s\u2019entend des surfaces int\u00e9rieures effectivement affect\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019habitation. En cons\u00e9quence, sont notamment exclus du dispositifs les terrasses et les parkings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-63fba7d56a98a002f professionnel(s) immatricul\u00e9(s) au r\u00e9pertoire territorial des entreprises.<\/li>\n<li>Justifier de la r\u00e9alisation de la construction du logement neuf dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 ans \u00e0 compter de la date de liquidation de l\u2019aide aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative comp\u00e9tente.<\/li>\n<li>Justifier de la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un certificat de conformit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative comp\u00e9tente en cas de construction ou adresser une copie de l\u2019acte d\u2019achat notari\u00e9 dans le cas d\u2019une cas de non-respect par le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de son obligation de faire r\u00e9aliser la construction de son logement en respectant les normes et r\u00e9glementations en vigueur en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise, par un ou des professionnel(s) immatricul\u00e9(s) au r\u00e9pertoire territorial des entreprises\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>En cas de non-respect par le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de son obligation d\u2019affecter de mani\u00e8re exclusive le logement aid\u00e9 \u00e0 son habitation principale pendant un d\u00e9lai de cinq ans \u00e0 compter de la date de liquidation de
