L\u2019importation en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise de Flyboard par des particuliers ou des professionnels est soumise \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation pr\u00e9alable d\u2019une d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 CE. Il doit \u00eatre dot\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019armement et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 obligatoire.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Immatriculation<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Le Flyboard est soumis \u00e0 immatriculation aupr\u00e8s de la Direction Polyn\u00e9sienne des Affaires Maritimes. Il est immatricul\u00e9 sur la base de la d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 CE. Le num\u00e9ro d\u2019immatriculation de l\u2019engin doit \u00eatre appos\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on visible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Le conducteur du Flyboard doit \u00eatre titulaire au minimum du permis de conduire mer c\u00f4tier<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Equipement du pilote<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

L\u2019utilisateur du Flyboard doit \u00eatre muni d\u2019une combinaison int\u00e9grale et d\u2019une aide de flottabilit\u00e9 d\u2019au moins 50 N adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 sa morphologie. Il doit obligatoirement porter un casque adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
