La Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise renforce son dispositif de prise en charge du fret maritime interinsulaire<\/b> afin de soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique des \u00eeles et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des populations.<\/div>\n

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b0 1586 CM du 13 septembre 2023<\/b>, modifi\u00e9 par l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b0 586 CM du 7 mai 2026, et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 par la note n\u00b0 6022 MEF\u2011DGAE du 11 mai 2026<\/b>, de nouveaux produits sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e9ligibles<\/b> \u00e0 la prise en charge du fret maritime \u00e0 compter des chargements effectu\u00e9s le 8 mai 2026<\/b>.<\/div>\n

De nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux de construction pris en charge<\/b><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Ces produits sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des mat\u00e9riaux de construction<\/b> figurant \u00e0 l\u2019annexe 1 de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9, et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du tarif de fret intitul\u00e9 \u00ab mat\u00e9riaux de construction dont le fret est pris en charge \u00bb<\/i>.<\/div>\n
Sont concern\u00e9s :<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Les rouleaux de t\u00f4les<\/b> destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la fabrication de t\u00f4les m\u00e9talliques de couverture
    (Code SH : 7210 70 00)<\/i> ;<\/li>\n
  • Les mat\u00e9riels photovolta\u00efques (PV) sans stockage<\/b>, comprenant notamment :\n
      \n
    • les panneaux solaires photovolta\u00efques<\/b> (modules PV) (Code SH : 8541 43 00)<\/i> ;<\/li>\n
    • les onduleurs<\/b> (Code SH : 8504 40 00)<\/i> ;<\/li>\n
    • les c\u00e2bles \u00e9lectriques<\/b> (Code SH : 8544 20 00)<\/i> ;<\/li>\n
    • les structures de fixation ou porteuses<\/b>, en aluminium ou en acier
      (Codes SH : 7604 29 00 et 7222 19 00)<\/i>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \u26a0\ufe0f Attention : les batteries de stockage sont exclues du dispositif<\/b> et ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas de la prise en charge du fret maritime.<\/div>\n

      Qui peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du dispositif ?<\/b><\/div>\n
       <\/div>\n
      La prise en charge s\u2019applique lorsque les mat\u00e9riaux sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une personne physique ou morale de droit priv\u00e9<\/b>, et lorsque le chargeur est une entreprise<\/b> r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement immatricul\u00e9e, exer\u00e7ant une activit\u00e9 d\u2019importation, de distribution ou de fabrication de mat\u00e9riaux de construction, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9.<\/div>\n
       <\/div>\n
      Le fret est pris en charge par la Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise par paiement direct aux armateurs<\/b>, sur la base des tarifs maximaux r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur<\/b>.<\/div>\n
       <\/div>\n
      Un levier pour le d\u00e9veloppement et la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/b><\/div>\n
       <\/div>\n
      Cette \u00e9volution du dispositif vise \u00e0 :<\/div>\n
        \n
      • r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt du transport interinsulaire<\/b> de mat\u00e9riaux essentiels,<\/li>\n
      • faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9quipements photovolta\u00efques<\/b>, sans stockage, dans les \u00eeles,<\/li>\n
      • accompagner les projets de construction et de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/b> hors de Tahiti,<\/li>\n
      • contribuer \u00e0 limiter la d\u00e9pendance aux approvisionnements internationaux en hydrocarbures<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
      • renforcer la r\u00e9silience face aux ruptures de la cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement des go\u00e9lettes<\/strong> assurant les dessertes locales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Les op\u00e9rateurs, chargeurs et armateurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux textes en vigueur et \u00e0 se rapprocher des services comp\u00e9tents pour toute information compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
