handicap\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #99cc00\">La C.O.T.O.R.E.P. se prononce sur :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">La reconnaissance du statut de travailleur handicap\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">L\u2019orientation vers un placement direct, une entreprise adapt\u00e9e, une formation professionnelle, un \u00e9tablissement ou service de reclassement, un centre d\u2019accueil pour adulte handicap\u00e9 ou une aide \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019activit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">L\u2019attribution, le renouvellement, la r\u00e9vision et le retrait des cartes d\u2019invalidit\u00e9, de mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite et de stationnement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #99cc00\">La C.O.T.O.R.E.P appr\u00e9cie :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Le taux d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 de la personne handicap\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">L\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019allocation aux adultes handicap\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Ces prestations sociales sont octroy\u00e9es pour une dur\u00e9e de 1 \u00e0 5 ans maximum apr\u00e8s r\u00e9vision du dossier par la C.O.T.O.R.E.P. aux conditions suivantes :<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">\u00catre atteint d\u2019un handicap sensoriel, mental ou physique,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Avoir au moins 20 ans,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">\u00catre de nationalit\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">R\u00e9sider en Polyn\u00e9sie-Fran\u00e7aise depuis plus de 6 mois,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">\u00catre affili\u00e9 \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime social g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la CPS,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des conditions de ressources<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Entre 20% et 80%, la personne est reconnue travailleur handicap\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019insertion professionnelle.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Class\u00e9 selon 3 niveaux de Handicap professionnel :<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Cat\u00e9gorie A : L\u00e9ger ou temporaire, adaptation satisfaisante au travail (dur\u00e9e maximale de 2 ans).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Cat\u00e9gorie B : Mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et durable, limitation permanente de l\u2019adaptation professionnelle ou n\u00e9cessitant \u00e9ventuellement un am\u00e9nagement du poste de travail (dur\u00e9e maximale de 5 ans).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Cat\u00e9gorie C : Grave et d\u00e9finitif ou n\u00e9cessitant un am\u00e9nagement important du poste de travail (dur\u00e9e maximale de 5 ans).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Au-del\u00e0 de 80% la personne est attributaire d\u2019une allocation et peut \u00e9galement exercer une profession<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>L\u2019allocation pour Adultes Handicap\u00e9s (A.A.H.)<\/strong><\/span> : est attribu\u00e9e sur d\u00e9cision de la Commission technique d\u2019orientation et de reclassement professionnel (taux d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 \u00e9gal \u00e0 80%)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>L\u2019allocation Compl\u00e9mentaire de Ressources (A.C.R.)<\/strong> <\/span>: l\u2019allocation de base peut \u00eatre major\u00e9e d\u2019une allocation compl\u00e9mentaire en cas de non ressources (possibilit\u00e9 de cumul de l\u2019A.A.H. et de l\u2019 A.C.R.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>L\u2019allocation compensatrice (A.C.)<\/strong><\/span> : L\u2019A.C. est un compl\u00e9ment de l\u2019A.A.H. accord\u00e9e \u00e0 toute personne handicap\u00e9e dont l\u2019\u00e9tat n\u00e9cessite une Toutes ces allocations pour Adultes Handicap\u00e9s sont vers\u00e9es mensuellement par la CPS Caisse de Pr\u00e9voyance Sociale au titre du R\u00e9gime de Solidarit\u00e9 de Polyn\u00e9sie d\u00e9placement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un acc\u00e8s prioritaire aux guichets et bureaux administratifs et dans toutes les files d&rsquo;attente (selon la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration n\u00b082-36 du 30 avril 1982 relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;action en faveur des
