Il est effac\u00e9 automatiquement au bout de 3 ans si aucune sanction n\u2019est intervenue pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"ea-card  sp-ea-single\"  data-accordion-id= \"1\">\n\n\t\t<h5 class=\"ea-header\">\n\t\t\t<a class=\"collapsed\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse205871\" href=\"#\" data-title=\"efaq-2eme-groupe\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t<i class=\"ea-expand-icon fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>  2\u00e8me groupe\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse205871\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-20587\">\n\t\t<div class=\"ea-body\"> \n<div class=\"ea-content-wrapper animated normal\"> \n\t<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> la radiation du tableau d\u2019avancement,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> l\u2019abaissement d\u2019\u00e9chelon,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> l\u2019exclusion temporaire de fonctions pour une dur\u00e9e maximale de quinze jours,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> le d\u00e9placement d\u2019office.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"ea-card  sp-ea-single\"  data-accordion-id= \"2\">\n\n\t\t<h5 class=\"ea-header\">\n\t\t\t<a class=\"collapsed\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse205872\" href=\"#\" data-title=\"efaq-3eme-groupe-la-retrogradation-lexclusion-temporaire-de-fonctions-pour-une-duree-de-six-mois-a-deux-ans\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t<i class=\"ea-expand-icon fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>  3\u00e8me groupe : la r\u00e9trogradation, l\u2019exclusion temporaire de fonctions pour une dur\u00e9e de six mois \u00e0 deux ans.\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse205872\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-20587\">\n\t\t<div class=\"ea-body\"> \n<div class=\"ea-content-wrapper animated normal\"> \n\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019exclusion temporaire de fonctions, qui est privative de toute r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, peut \u00eatre assortie d\u2019un sursis total ou partiel.
