La salari\u00e9e en \u00e9tat de grossesse b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9. Son contrat de travail est suspendu pendant une p\u00e9riode de 16 semaines (6 semaines avant et 10 semaines apr\u00e8s l\u2019accouchement).<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0pr\u00e9maturit\u00e9 du nourrisson\u00a0;
\n\u00a0naissances multiples.

Pendant la dur\u00e9e de son cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, la salari\u00e9e a droit \u00e0 une indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re correspondant \u00e0 100\u00a0% de la moyenne des salaires des trois derniers mois effectivement travaill\u00e9s par la salari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
