C\u2019est un registre sur lequel doivent figurer dans l\u2019ordre d\u2019embauche, les noms, pr\u00e9noms, nationalit\u00e9, date de naissance, sexe, emploi et qualification, dates d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de chacun des salari\u00e9s occup\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 quelque titre que ce soit et, si le salari\u00e9 est \u00e9tranger, les caract\u00e9ristiques de son autorisation du travail. Sur ce m\u00eame registre, sont port\u00e9es les observations et mises en demeure formul\u00e9es par l\u2019inspecteur du travail en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
